Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine  that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam  deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

A mage's abilities are:supernatural strength,able to cast magic spells,able to survive for a long period of time.
Her staff/rod appears when shes battling with someone.

You have to draw Kasumi.
You can draw her with her likes and dislikes,her casting spells or just her alone.
Do not draw her with your OC or my other OC's,they dont know each other.
Do not draw her as an animal and pony.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

Featured Deviations- A week left to nominate!

You guys have a little over a week to nominate your favorite deviations in this club. We've only had 3 individuals send in their nominations so far- if you'd like to see the featured be the your favorites, we need you to participate! As from our last blog, here are some quick points to note:

1. From now until January 25th, 11:59PM GMT, we are accepting nominations for the Featured Folder (which will be put back on the front page).
2. To nominate a deviation in the gallery, send a note to #tolkien with links to the deviation(s) in question.
3. You can nominate up to five deviations in the gallery. Consider the whole gallery- yes, all 1000 or so deviations- open for nominating for this first month. Please send all nominations in one note.
4. No, you cannot nominate your own deviations.

The deviations that have the most recommendations- the top 10-15 or so- will be put in the Featured Folder at the beginning of February and will stay there for the whole month. If there are ties, we'll have a poll as a tie-breaker.

So, please look through the folders in our gallery and find one to five wonderful deviations you believe deserve to be in the Featured folder.
